Principal and Senior Leadership

Principal 
DIANA PATIENCE joined the college in February 2010 as a foundation Deputy Principal and has been involved in the establishment and development of Ormiston Senior College since its inception.

Deputy Principal
MIMI MOSS has been a foundation Senior Leader at Ormiston Senior College since 2010. Prior to that, she was Head of Mathematics at Samuel Marsden Collegiate School in Wellington where she taught from 2003 after 4 years at Wairarapa College and 10 years in South Africa.

Deputy Principal
TIM BOTTING was the Curriculum Co-ordinator at Manurewa High School. Before this he spent several years as a Dean. These positions have provided him with significant experience in curriculum leadership in the senior school as well as academic and pastoral mentoring of students. Tim’s main curriculum area is Drama and through this he has been involved with several productions and the wider cultural aspects of a school community.
 
Assistant Principal
ERIKA JENKINS joined the college in 2015 as an English teacher. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Principal at Westmount School - Auckland Campus for 5 years. Erika has been teaching in New Zealand for 14 years and has 10 years experience as a Head of English. Erika's main area of focus is Learner Support and Inclusive Education.

Assistant Principal
CHRIS WALL  was employed as a foundation staff member of Ormiston Senior College in 2010. His specialist subject areas are Technology and Design and Visual Communication. Prior to employment at the college Chris worked in Dubai as a Yacht Designer.
