Librarian

Permanent Part-Time | 37.5 hours per week. Term time only | Starting 2027

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, student-focused Librarian to join our team at Ormiston Senior College starting in 2027. 

About the Role In this role, you will work closely with staff and students across Years 11–13 to foster a love of reading, support inquiry-based learning, and manage library resources

 Key Qualifications & Skills:

 ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with both students and staff. 

● Experience with senior secondary literature and resource curation in a secondary school environment (a strong advantage). 

● Ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff across various learning areas to support curriculum goals. 

● Sound organizational and digital literacy skills to manage library systems and spaces.
